Service Description
Professional Advancement is multisession service with three fundamental phases. It begins with a TSG professional reviewing your resume, making recommendations, and providing revision insights that align with your desired career path. In addition to your resume, we will review your cover letter and perform a LinkedIn profile assessment. During the second phase, we identify advancement opportunities in your field based on your preferences and determination of a "good fit". We will source current availabilities and future prospects that coordinate with your skill set and preferences. The final phase consists of interview preparation. This is an industry specific series of questions and feedback specific to your answers. Initially, you will work with your mentor who will walk you through expected questions and provide real-time observations based on your answers. Once both of you feel comfortable with the questions and answers, you will then participate in a simulated interview with an industry professional. The evaluation of the simulation will be given to your mentor to discuss strengths and areas of improvement. At the culmination of Professional Advancement, you will be confidently ready to interview.
